Half Life2!
CS Source!
lol! i know i know... i'm kind of slow at trying out this game...
it had already been released for more than half a year...
but i wasn't that keen on trying out fps(first person shooting) games at that time...

well...
lets start with CS Source.
the shooting system is totally different from previous versions of CS. my gun issn't really shooting at what i am pointing at but the other players are just blazing their gun at the sight of an enermy and... BOOM! HEADSHOT!
nice models but when the foe starts firing and running left and right at the same time, i somehow find it hard to keep my mouse on them. not like previous versions, the models are pretty "dead" which allows me to easily focus my mouse over them wherever they run...
maybe it's just cos i can't get used to the whole game yet...
things are just too "alive" in the game...

on to Half Life2
i landed and started running right away with this game!
the game's control and shooting style is just like the first one, only that this one has far better gfx(graphics), kooler enermies and they actually did a good job on the "scary" theme.
i never wanna get back into ravenholm again....
the weapons are almost like the first one only that they look much more mean now. there is a new weapon that allow us to control a creature call antlion, a starship trooper buggy look alike, to fight along side you! they are garramn tough! nothing are their match! btw... you still have that sexy tight sit you wear in HL1.
i won't spoil the story for you guys, but basically, this is a sequence HL1. lol! i am helpful arn't i?

according to him, the CPU has 7 functioning fans and plenty of airflow, so I don't think anything will be overheating. Video cards are operating at 64C with ambient temperature of 45C.

but.. lets hope that the fans encounter a sudden jam with his com on while he is asleep!

just got home from watching Initial D!
it's a damn kool moive imo.
it's not just pure speeding car action, it's actually has a sprinkle of comedy in it.
well... actually a tea spoon of comedy!
the moive features Jay Chou! and his best friend, Edison!
and two of Jay's new song!
it also has a scene where Jay teared!
lol!
i'm quite surprised that the director could actually make a racing car moive that interesting.
i'm not a fan of racing cars btw... but he made it so interesting!
i'll watch it again if i have the time...

is it just me or have you guys also noticed that singaporean judges are all trying to become simon?
esp those in the singing compatition... etc Super Star and Singapore Idol.
everytime after someone sang a song they will try their best to pass insulting remarks!
it's like in their minds they are thinking "omg! i MUST say something sarcastic to look like simon! come on... think think think!"

a letter wif a sticker

today i received a letter wif a very cute sticker on it and i was surprised that ppl are still using letters to communicate. i eagerly opened it but was carefull not to spoil the sticker and saw a name that joited my memories back to a wonderful time of my life. back to the time when i'm still wif Her. on the letter wrote lines after lines of "apologies" and "thank you". you guys may think it sounds lovely but it issnt. when there are happy times there are bound to be sad times... especially the time when all the happy moments ended, when we seperate and walked our own path. some ppl just couldnt keep things that are meant to be in the past, in the past!
